§ 95.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ALARM SYSTEM. Any assembly of equipment arranged to signal the occurrence of an illegal entry, fire, health emergency or other activity requiring urgent attention and to which police, fire or emergency medical teams of the county or city are expected to respond.
   ALARM USER. The person, partnership, association or corporation in control of the building or structure or facility or portion thereof wherein an alarm system is maintained.
   UNWANTED ALARM. An alarm signal eliciting a response by the police, fire or emergency medical teams when a situation requiring a response by any of those agencies does not in fact exist.
