§ 94.02 THROWING LITTER FROM VEHICLE.
   No person while a driver or passenger in a vehicle shall throw or deposit litter upon any street or other public place within the city or upon private property. Violators may be issued citations by the Code Enforcement Officer with right to a public hearing before the Code Enforcement Board.
