(A) No person, firm or corporation shall burn garbage within the city limits.
(B) All burning is prohibited on any city street or pavement within the city limits.
(C) No person, firm or corporation shall burn any trash, refuse or leaves on city rights-of-way within the city limits.
(D) No person, firm or corporation shall be permitted to burn a building or structure within the city limits for purposes of demolition without first obtaining a permit as provided in § 93.38.
