§ 91.070 RESIDENCES, PLACES OF BUSINESS TO BE NUMBERED.
   (A)   Definition. For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      SUITABLE. Numbers shall be considered SUITABLE when at least three inches in height, displayed in more than one foot above or beside the door used as the entrance to the business, and in a contrasting or reflective material that can be readily seen from the street or parking lot that faces the building.
   (B)   On or before January 1, 1989, every residence and place of business, including educational buildings and places of assembly, shall display in a conspicuous place a suitable identification number. For those residences and places of business which do not know their number, a suitable number can be obtained from the county planning and zoning office. Responsibility for placing this number upon the business or residence shall fall upon the property owner.
