(A) Every police officer, peace officer or other authorized official shall have the authority to apprehend any dog or other animal running at large in violation of this chapter and to impound such dog or other animal or have such dog or other animal impounded in the appropriate place.
(B) It shall be lawful for any person to seize any dog or other animal running at large in violation of this chapter and to turn such dog or animal over to the County Dog Warden, his or her deputies, or assistants.
(C) No person shall invade the premises of another to capture or take any animal off the premises of the owner, or seize any animal while the same is accompanied by its owner, except as authorized by state law.
