In an area designated as a fire lane either by posted sign or appropriate markings on pavement, it shall be unlawful for a motor vehicle to be left unattended without a licensed driver in the vehicle for any period of time or for a motor vehicle with a licensed driver in attendance to be left standing or parked for a period of five minutes or longer.
