(A) The speed limit on the street known as New Moody Lane from Forest Park Drive to a point 0.4 miles southwest of Kentucky Highway 53 is to be at the rate of 45 mph. The speed limit from 0.4 miles southwest of Kentucky Highway 53 extending north to Kentucky Highway 53 shall be 35 mph.
(B) The speed limit on all other city streets within the city boundaries, excepting state highways and streets in mobile home parks, is to be at the rate of 25 mph. The speed limit in mobile home parks is to be ten mph.
(C) The above speed limits shall be posted on signs visible along said streets.
(D) A violation of this section shall result in a citation being issued against the offender for appearance in front of the County District Court, and the violator shall be subject to such fines as set forth in KRS 189.394.
