§ 52.073 SEWER RATES AND CHARGES.
   The Utility Commission shall publish on its website and make publicly available a current schedule of rates and charges to users of its sewer, wastewater treatment and stormwater systems, including rates and charges for operation, maintenance, repair, replacement, excavations, tapping fees, portable meter rentals, line extensions, disconnections, monitoring costs, debt service fees, and all other charges and fees to residential, commercial or multiuser customers, both inside or outside the city limits, subject to limitations under § 52.060. Any and all changes to sewer rates, charges and fees shall be approved at a public hearing of the Utility Commission and properly advertised in accordance with KRS Chapter 424, published on the Utility Commission's secure public web site, and made available for public inspection and copying as part of the public record.
