§ 52.072 SEPARATION OF SERVICE REVENUES AND EXPENSES.
   (A)   The revenues collected, as a result of the sewer user charges levied, shall be deposited in a separate non-lapsing fund known as the Sewer Revenues Funds.
   (B)   The Sewer Revenues Fund shall be used only for the purpose of paying operations, maintenance and replacement costs of the wastewater treatment system and to meet the debt service obligations of said system. The sewer services rates shall be adjusted such that the transferred monies will be returned to their respective accounts within six months of the fiscal year in which the monies were borrowed.
   (C)   All revenues and expenses of the Utility Commission’s wastewater treatment system shall be maintained and accounted for separately from other Utility Commission utilities such as the water and/or gas system.
