§ 52.034 MAINTENANCE OF SERVICE LINES.
   The customer’s service line shall be installed and maintained by the customer at his or her own expense in a safe and efficient manner and in accordance with the Utility Commission’s rules and regulations and with the regulations of the County Department of Health.
