For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CITY. The City of LaGrange, Kentucky acting by and through its City Council or such other body as shall be the governing body of that city under state law at any given time.
CUSTOMER. A property owner or his or her agent who has agreed to purchase water from the city.
DIRECTOR. The person employed by the Utility Commission as Director of the entire municipal water and sewer systems, or his or her authorized deputy, agent or representative.
SYSTEM. The municipal waterworks system of the city, as now or hereafter constituted.
