§ 39.075 CITY ETHICS COMMISSION.
   (A)   The City Ethics Commission shall consist of three citizen members.
   (B)   The Commission shall annually select a Chairperson.
   (C)   The members shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the City Council.
   (D)   Members shall receive no compensation but may be reimbursed all necessary expenses.
   (E)   The terms of members shall be staggered and no longer than four years.
