No city government officer or employee shall act in his or her official capacity while intoxicated. This section includes, but is not limited to, voting on issues before the City Council. No city government officer or employee shall operate any motor vehicle while intoxicated. Any violation of this section is subject to both the existing enforcement section of this Code of Ethics as well as any other applicable laws and/or ordinances of the city, county and Commonwealth.
