§ 35A.06 ALTERNATE BOARD MEMBERS.
   The Mayor may appoint two alternate members to serve on the Code Enforcement Board in the absence of regular members. The appointment of alternate members shall be subject to the approval of the City Council. Alternate members shall meet all of the qualifications and be subject to all of the requirements of this chapter that apply to regular members.
