The standard operating procedures which are attached to the ordinance codified herein and incorporated herein by reference as if stated in full, are hereby adopted as the standard operating procedures which will govern the Police Department of the City of LaGrange, Kentucky, henceforth. Any policy or procedure previously enacted into law by the city which is in conflict with the same is hereby repealed in full. Any policy or procedure previously enacted into law by the city which is not in conflict with the same is hereby ratified.
