(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) A violation of § 51.01 of this chapter will result in a $50 fine, plus all costs incurred by the town in the collection of same, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees.
