(A) The charges for the following activities at the Greenwood Cemetery shall be as follows:
(1) Grave opening and closing, Monday through Friday: $400;
(2) Grave opening and closing, Saturday: $450;
(3) Grave opening and closing, Sunday: $500;
(4) Babyland burial plot, opening and closing: $300;
(5) Cremations: $200;
(6) All grave openings and closings include grave thawing: if needed;
(7) The charge for a lot at the cemetery to property owners in the town: $300;
(8) The charge for a lot at the cemetery to property owners out of the town: $500; and
(9) Foundation fees: $0.26 per square inch.
(B) All other charges of the Greenwood Cemetery not inconsistent herewith shall remain in full force and effect.
