§ 36.40 TOWN SERVICES; SCHEDULE OF PAYMENTS.

   The following schedule of service and equipment provisions shall be utilized in all purposes and situations when the town personnel, equipment or services are utilized for private purposes, or are used to fix, clean, or repair damage caused to town property as a result of criminal mischief or vandalism:

   (A)   Town streets, cemetery or other non- emergency employees: $50 per hour;

   (B)   Police officers: $50 per hour;

   (C)   Town vehicles: $50 per hour;

   (D)   Town trucks: $150 per hour;

   (E)   Town vactor: $175 per hour;

   (F)   Town payloader: $175 per hour; and

   (G)   All other town equipment: $50 per hour.
