§ 35.03 PURCHASING AGENTS.

   (A)   The purchasing agency may designate in writing any employee of the town as a purchasing agent.

   (B)   (1)   The Department of the Town Clerk-Treasurer having been appointment purchasing agency for the town does hereby appoint the following purchasing agents:

         (a)   Clerk-Treasurer;

         (b)   Town Manager;

         (c)   Town Marshal;

         (d)   Street Superintendent;

         (e)   Sewer Superintendent; and

         (f)   Water/Utility Superintendent.

      (2)   The Clerk-Treasurer as head of the purchasing agency reserves the right to amend or modify this list of purchasing agents as the need shall from time to time arise.
