(A) The Town Council does hereby designate those areas on the attached map as economic revitalization areas, and said map showing said areas is on file at the office of the County Assessor for public inspection.
(B) Said may has been certified by the Town Clerk-Treasurer, and is subject to amendment, confirmation, rescission or remonstrance by any person, in accordance with the provisions of I.C. 6-1.1-12.1-1 et seq.
