§ 32.17  RECEIPT OF APPLICATION.
   On receipt of such application, the Town Manager shall:
   (A)   Note the date of filing on the application and record the date in the records in the town; and
   (B)   Forward the petition to the Town Attorney with a request for the preparation of a declaratory resolution for the consideration by the Town Council, designating the area described in the petition as an economic revitalization area.
