(A) It is the declared intention of the Town Council to avail itself of the provisions of Ch. 138, Acts of 1957, as amended, State General Assembly (see I.C. 36-7-4), and to participate in the operation of the County Planning and Zoning Commission and boards as established by said county ordinances (zoning and subdivision control) as amended from time to time.

(B) The town does hereby establish itself as a participating member of the County Plan Commission, and hereby adopts and includes herein by reference the County Zoning Ordinances and Subdivision Control Ordinance and all amendments, rules and regulations established pursuant thereto.
