§ 153.04  UNSAFE CONDITIONS; REMOVAL.
   Whenever any property owner of the town shall become aware of an unsafe condition caused by a tree or shrub located upon the right-of-way of the town, said property owner should notify the town immediately in order that the town can take corrective action by the removal of said dangerous condition.
