Should any person whose land abuts any street or alley in said town fail to trim his or her trees so as to cause same to comply with this chapter, it shall be the duty of the Marshal of said town, upon approval of the Town Council so to do, to notify the owner to at once trim up such tree or trees to comply herewith, that should such owner fail, neglect or refuse to comply with such notice within ten days from time of receiving same, that such Marshal shall have, and he or she hereby is granted authority to employ a tree trimming service to trim such trees as to cause same to comply with this chapter.
