§ 152.26  MAINS AND PIPES; LOCATION; SUPERVISION OF WORK.
   It shall be the duty of the Town Council in connection with all work contemplated by this subchapter, through its duly authorized agents, to assist in determining the proper location for water and sewer or other connections to be made.
