§ 152.21  FEES.
   Any person desiring to make an opening or excavation contemplated by this subchapter shall pay to the Town Clerk-Treasurer for the permit required the sum of $200. The permit issued by the Town Clerk-Treasurer, as herein provided, shall continue in full force and effect for period of six months from the time of its issuance, and shall be renewable at the discretion of the Town Council.
