§ 150.21  DEPARTMENT OF UNSAFE STRUCTURES; AUTHORITY.
   (A)   The town hereby establishes the Department of Unsafe Structures. The Town Manager shall serve as the chief administrative officer of the Department of Unsafe Structures. Other members of the Department shall be the Department of Public Works and Water Superintendent. The purpose of the Department will be to administer this subchapter and ensure compliance with I.C. 36-7-9.
   (B)   The Department of Unsafe Structures shall be the executive department authorized to administer and enforce this subchapter.
