§ 130.06  SKATEBOARDS.
   (A)   (1)   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a skateboard or any other similar type conveyance upon the sidewalks, alleys, parking lots and all related appurtenances of the downtown area of the town.
      (2)   Such area begins at the north side of Factory Street and continuing south along Detroit Street to the south corner of Detroit Street and Central Avenue, and extends one block east of Detroit Street to Poplar Street and one block west of Detroit Street to High Street starting at the north side of Factory Street and continuing south to Central Avenue.
   (B)   Any property owner who shall post his or her property with a conspicuous sign which states “No Skateboarding” and who writes a letter to the town requesting that this section be enforced upon said posted property shall be entitled to the protection of this section, and it shall likewise be unlawful to operate a skateboard or other similar conveyance upon said posted property.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful to operate a skateboard or similar conveyance upon any property owned by the town or county so long as said property is posted “No Skateboarding”.
