(A) The functions shall be limited to once per week, on either Friday or Saturday, such at the choice of the sponsoring entity, and being limited to one sponsored activity per week, on a first come, first served basis. In other words, there are 52 available permitted functions in a calendar year.

(B) The permitted event shall occur on a rotating basis from week to week, rotating between:
(1) The Town Hall; and
(2) The east side of the Courthouse Square.
