In order to procure a permit for off-site BBQ or food/concession sales, it must be shown that the sponsoring entity is a not-for-profit scholastic, charitable or similar entity, that it has a local town aspect to it, that the benefits of such activity will be to and for individuals in or around the town and county and that either the sponsoring entity or food/ concession provider has insurance in the appropriate amounts against liability arising out of said function.
