(A) In addition to the revocation, suspension or denial of a permit or identification badge issued under this chapter, any applicant, permittee or solicitor who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable in accordance with I.C. 35-45-17-2.

(B) Any person who violates any one of the provisions of this chapter or any provision contained in any section thereof commits a Class C infraction and shall, upon conviction, be fined in any sum not exceeding $50, plus any and all attorneys’ fees and costs of collection. Each offense and each day such person, firm or corporation shall engage in any business, vocation or pursuit requiring a license under the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
