§ 110.12  REVOCATION OF IDENTIFICATION BADGE.
   The Clerk-Treasurer may suspend or revoke the identification badge of any solicitor that has engaged in any unlawful solicitation or any solicitation conducted in such a manner as to constitute a menace to the health, safety or general welfare of the public.
