§ 110.07  PERSONS PROHIBITED.
   A person shall not be eligible for issuance of a permit or identification badge under this chapter if:
   (A)   Such person has been convicted of a felony under the laws of the state or equivalent offense under any federal, state, county or municipal law; or
   (B)   A permit or an identification badge previously issued to such person by the Clerk- Treasurer has been revoked by the Clerk-Treasurer under this chapter.
