§ 93.49  ENFORCEMENT.
   This subchapter may be enforced by any law enforcement officer or Prosecuting Attorney. If enforced by the Town Attorney, costs of enforcement, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, shall be reimbursed by any individual found to have violated this subchapter.
