§ 93.45  EXEMPTIONS.
   Duly authorized members of the Town Marshal’s office or other law enforcement agencies, including, but not limited to, game wardens, conservation officers, and other law enforcement officers shall be exempt from the provisions of this section if the animal is used for law enforcement duties.
