(A) It shall be unlawful to cause to be discharged, lit or used fireworks in the streets, alleys, or thoroughfares of the town or upon property owned by the town or any other area owned by the town or any town committee, department or agency, unless same is a park or other area containing over one acre of ground and such area has been designated as a special discharge location, or the use has been approved by special permit issued by the Clerk- Treasurer of the Town Council.

(B) Fireworks displays shall be allowed within the town on certain national holidays during the hours designated by state law pursuant to the provisions of I.C. 22-11-14-10.5 et al.
