§ 90.41  DEPARTMENT OF UNSAFE STRUCTURES.
   (A)   The town hereby establishes the Department of Unsafe Structures. The Town Manager shall serve as the chief administrative officer of the Department of Unsafe Structures. The purpose of the Department will be to administer this subchapter and ensure compliance with I.C. 36-7-9.

   (B)   The Department of Unsafe Structures shall be the executive department authorized to administer this subchapter.
