For fees associated with any provision of the this chapter which permits the town to correct a deficiency or nuisance, the fee assessed shall be two and one-half times the hourly rate of town employees involved in the work times the number of hours expended by said employees and any hard costs associated with said work. These costs shall become a lien against the property, as provided in the town code, and the town shall be entitled to reimbursement of its attorneys’ fees and costs of collection expended.
