(A) The following streets are designated as one-way only streets and all motorists shall be obligated to operate their motor vehicles in such a manner so as not to violate same:
(1) The alley from Central Avenue to Wayne Street (behind Post Office): south bound only; and
(2) The alley between 408 and 410 East Michigan Street and 407 East Spring Street shall be one way southbound.
(B) Any person who violates the provisions of this schedule commits a Class C infraction and shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in an amount not to exceed $50, plus any and all attorneys’ fees and costs of collection.
