Golf carts shall not be operated on any town streets between one-half hour after sunset and one-half hour before sunrise, unless the golf cart is equipped with two operating headlights (one on each side of the front of the golf cart) and two operating tail lights. At all times, any vehicle operated pursuant to this subchapter shall have brake lights and turn signals (one on each side of the rear and front of the vehicle), which are visible from a distance of 500 feet.
