§ 72.03  FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY.
   (A)   The operator or owner of a golf cart must show financial responsibility when operating such vehicle upon town streets and alleys.
   (B)   Written proof of financial responsibility must be available on the golf cart or carried by the operator at all times.
