§ 72.02  OPERATION AND OPERATORS.
   (A)   The operation of a golf cart within the town is strictly prohibited unless the golf cart is operated, insured and equipped in full compliance with this subchapter and the vehicle has displayed a permit issued by the town.

   (B)   Only a person over 16 years of age and holding a valid driver’s license may operate a golf cart upon streets and alleys of the town.
