It shall be unlawful for any individual to leave a motor vehicle parked upon a city street in the town for a period in excess of two weeks without moving said motor vehicle from any specific parking spot. It is the intent of this subchapter to require the movement of vehicles upon city streets so as to permit routine maintenance, street cleaning and other necessary city functions which cannot be accomplished by vehicles which set for an inordinate amount of time in a specific place.
