All vehicles shall park in the direction of traffic flow in the lane immediate adjacent to the parking space. Any violation of this provision shall be deemed a Class A infraction. No vehicle shall be parked in the yard or upon the sidewalk adjacent to any structure; all parking to be in driveways clearly identified by an appropriate hard surface, in parking lots/areas; or in proper locations upon town streets.
