§ 70.04 CROSSWALKS.
   (A)   The following crosswalks are hereby established, and shall be marked with appropriate signage, and shall include painting or other displays upon the paved portion of the roadway they cross: A crosswalk, and appropriate signage will be created approximately 105 feet north of the intersection of Lake Street and Mountain Street, and will connect the access aisle of the east parking lot with the existing west side parking lot.  The crosswalk will be composed of stripes which will be placed upon the pavement of the roadway in a piano key method, to assure maximum visibility to both pedestrians and the motoring public, and shall have appropriate signage placed upon said street, both north and south, at said street's intersection with said crosswalk. Said crosswalk shall be subject to the laws of the state as reference right-of-way, and traffic shall stop and recognize that individuals utilizing said crosswalk shall have the right-of-way, all as is more fully provided under the laws of the state.  Any motor vehicle violating this section by unlawfully entering said crosswalk when a pedestrian is already within same shall commit a Class A infraction, punishable by a fine of up to $100, and further, shall pay all costs of prosecution connected with said violation, including attorney's fees and court costs.
   (B)   The penalties imposed by the above division shall be an addition to any penalties imposed by the state and/or the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, and shall include attorney's fees and all costs of collection.
