§ 70.01  SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS.
   Upon investigation by the Traffic Safety Committee, and recommendation to the Town Council, the following provisions regarding traffic control within the corporate limits of the town is hereby deemed to be necessary to effectuate and preserve the safety of automobiles upon the streets of the town.
