(A) The Town Council does hereby create the Town Sewer Adjustment Board.
(B) Said Board shall be comprised of the Water Superintendent, Town Manager and Town Clerk-Treasurer, and said Board shall meet at least monthly, and consider any and all requests for sewer adjustment when a water leakage or other water usage occurred and said water did not result in usage of the wastewater treatment facility of the town.
(C) The Sewer Adjustment Board shall make all appropriate adjustments to sewer bills, and shall be entitled to grant a credit on the sewer bill of any entitled citizen, not to exceed the sum of $300.
(D) If any adjustment sought exceeds the sum of $300, that adjustment must be made by the full Town Council at a regular meeting.
