(3) For users of the sewage works that are unmetered water users or accurate meter readings are not available, the monthly charge shall be determined by equivalent single-family dwelling units, except as herein provided. Sewage service bills shall be rendered once each month (or period equaling a month).

(7) Delinquent bill charges: after the tenth day of the month, the delinquent bill charge will be 10% of the delinquent bill.
(B) Non-recurring charges. A deposit of $50 shall be required for all new sewer users, and a tag charge of $5 shall likewise be charged. A reconnect charge of $25 shall be billed to all clients who need reconnected and a disconnect charge of $25 shall likewise be charged. A returned check fee of $40 will be charged for any returned checks.
(C) Users outside town boundaries. For all users outside town boundaries, rates and charges shall include a surcharge of 14.9% above applicable inside town boundary rates and charges.
