(A) No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged to the POTW’s headworks:
(1) Any trucked or hauled industrial process or hazardous wastes; and
(2) Any septic tank waste, except at discharge points designated by the POTW and with unexpired waste hauler discharge permits.
(B) Pretreatment of industrial wastes from major contributing industries prior to discharge to the treatment works is required and is subject to the rules and regulations adopted by the USEPA (40 C.F.R. part 403), and Guidelines Establishing Test Procedures for Analysis of Pollutants (40 C.F.R. part 136), require compliance with all applicable pretreatment standards and requirements by indirect dischargers, in addition to any more stringent requirements established by the town and subsequent state or federal guidelines and rules and regulations.
