§ 52.05  WATER METERS AT MULTI- OCCUPANCY LIVING UNITS.
   (A)   The town may install one water meter at the entrance point from the water line to each multi- occupancy dwelling unit that is serviced by the town’s Water Department.

   (B)   The town, through the town’s Water Department, may use said meter as a means for obtaining accurate water usage information for purposes of billing.
